- The eligibility criteria to apply for the Undergraduate Programme is Class 12/Pre University certificate from any recognized Indian Board or any valid international certificate equivalent to Class 12.
- Applicants who have completed their Class 12 / Pre University board examination are eligible to apply. Applicant should not be older than 19 years of age and should have successfully completed 12th standard examination (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- The offer of admission is provisional till proof of successful completion of Class 12 / Pre University study is provided.

Mode and Procedure of Application
Application forms for the Undergraduate Programme are available on the University website. Offline forms are made available on request.
Applicants have to login to www.azimpremjiuniversity.edu.in and register online with E - Mail ID, mobile number and date of birth. On successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered e-mail ID with login credentials to access the form and complete it online.
Applicants can download the application form and fee payment challan from the University website. The details on the form can be hand written and sent to Admissions Cell along with the fee paid challan and photographs. The completed application form should be sent to:

Procedure of taking Admit Card
The admit card can be downloaded from the University Website by entering the Application Number and Date of Birth of the candidate.
All About Exam
The entrance test is a written examination that will assist a candidate’s English Language capacities and Quantitative capacities.
The selection process for the Undergraduate Programme includes an entrance test and a personal interview.
Entrance Test: Applicants will have to appear for an entrance test that will assess the English language capacities and quantitative capacities.
Personal Interview: Applicants shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the entrance test will be called for a personal interview.

Process Before and During the Exam
The students appearing for the test have to carry their admit card along with an ORIGINAL ID Proof. The admit card and the ID will be checked before entering the examination hall.
- Candidates NOT CARRYING ORIGINAL Identity Card shall NOT BE ALLOWED inside the test center.
- COLOURED PHOTOCOPIES/DIGITAL PRINTS etc. are NOT to be considered as ORIGINAL.

Format of Result
The result of the entrance tests for the early admissions is out in the first week of January and for the regular admissions it is declared in the month of May. After declaration of the test results PERSONAL INTERVIEWS are conducted and then the final selection list is announced in the end of January for the candidates who applied through the early admissions and in the mid of June for the applicants who applied in the regular admissions.
