NCHM-JEE
Overview
The NCHM JEE (National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination) is an entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate programs in Hotel Management and Hospitality. The exam is primarily for students who want to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, including fields like hotel management, culinary arts, and tourism management. The NCHM JEE is a gateway to various government and private Hotel Management Institutes across India, and the exam is recognized as the most prestigious test for pursuing a career in hospitality management.
Exam Details
The CLAT is a 2 hour paper-pen test with 120 multiple choice questions with 1/4 negative marking. The test is conducted in various cities across India on the first Sunday of December.
Exam Pattern/Paper Format
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a paper-pen-based entrance examination for aspiring law students in India. It assesses candidates across five key sections: English (20%), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (25%), Legal Aptitude (25%), Logical Reasoning (20%), and Mathematics (10%). The English section tests language proficiency, while General Knowledge and Current Affairs focus on recent national and international events. Legal Aptitude evaluates a candidate’s understanding of law and reasoning, whereas Logical Reasoning measures critical thinking abilities. Finally, the Mathematics section emphasizes basic numerical skills, ensuring well-rounded preparation for legal studies.
Process Information
The application form is released in August. Students need to complete the application process by mid-October. The test is conducted in December. The admission process is carried out in multiple rounds from end of December through May-June.

Test Syllabus
Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude:
The dividend-arithmetic, simplicity, creation of some shapes in plane and 3-Dimensional space, explaining proportions, finding the missing angles in trigonometry, mean, median, mode, and quartile calculation will be the data interpretation
Reasoning and Logical Deduction:
Logical reasoning, series, puzzles, analogies, syllogisms, and critical thinking.
General Knowledge and Current Affairs:
The recent happening, past event, location, culture, economics, and generic science.
English Language:
Sentence corrections, idioms, and grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, synonyms, & antonyms.
Aptitude for Service Sector:
Serv. company training, customer service, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
