2003 – The Spark (Sphere Academy): iQue’s journey began as Sphere Academy, founded by Mohit Mangal, with a mission to go beyond academics—focusing on self-discovery, soft skills, and counseling. The goal was clear: help young minds identify strengths, address areas of improvement, and build confidence.
2006 – Expanding Vision: Dr. Pallvi Mangal joined, bringing academic excellence and IT-industry experience. Her entry added depth to the mentoring framework, strengthening the focus on holistic development.
2008 – A New Identity: Sphere Academy transformed into iQue Ideas, symbolizing Innovation, Quality, and Unique Education. Around the same time, Mr. N. Sathyanarayan—a protégé turned partner—joined the leadership, adding academic rigor and strategic direction.
2009 – Becoming iQue Ideas Pvt. Ltd.: The company formally incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd., cementing its role as a structured, future-driven education enterprise.
2010–2020 – Building a Legacy: Over the next decade, iQue developed its proprietary Four Quarter Square Method built around OAPI:
